Description

The studio is located in a house built in 2010, was renovated in 2016, and is modernly furnished. The property is situated on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and the sunny location by the water. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Starigrad-Paklenica, district of Seline. The studio is located on a 1500 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Apartments DAL PAR 076 (7 persons) and DAL PAR 298 (6 persons) are also located here. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 5 m). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Nearby begins the cycle path, length 10 km, which connects the town with the Paklenica National Park.

I especially liked that the object was exactly as in the description. All data was right. The communication with the landlord was very uncomplicated and friendly. The landlady was very helpful but also discreet - great! The location and the plot, v. a. the proximity to the sea and the garden are great! I would also recommend the apartment unreservedly for couples!
