The OUTDOOR AREA has a heated, private pool measuring 8.2 x 4 meters, hydrotherapy jets, and a waterfall. Additionally, there is a hot tub on a lower sun terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea. The swimming pool features a mild, chlorine-free water system that is good for the body and promotes health. Right next to the pool is a sun terrace with eight lounge chairs. Enjoy outdoor meals while admiring the stunning view of the pool and the sea from the covered dining area, which features a dining table, a ceiling fan, a grill (wood and charcoal), and a counter with a sink.
A few steps down from the pool area is a small playground with an artificial turf area for your little ones, as well as a swing and a slide. The GROUND FLOOR of Casa Vita features a fully air-conditioned living and dining area of 55 square meters, which leads through glass doors to the pool and lounge area. The modern kitchen provides everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, a microwave, etc. A dining table for eight people, a comfortable sofa with television, a gas fireplace for special occasions, and a separate bathroom are also available.
Bedroom No. 1 also belongs to the ground floor, furnished with a king-size bed and equipped with a private bathroom for extra privacy. 1 on the ground floor (10 m2) includes a double bed (160 x 200 cm), an adjoining bathroom with shower, a television, air conditioning, and direct access to the pool area and outdoor area.
A few steps down is a second living room, which features a fun zone with a projector, a PlayStation 5, a Samsung soundbar, TV sofas, a pool table, toilets, and an indoor grill area. All in all, this villa offers the ideal combination of elegance, coziness, entertainment, and functionality, making it the perfect retreat for those who wish to spend a relaxed and unforgettable time in the picturesque coastal region of Omiš.

Bedroom No. 2 with an area of 17 square meters, a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), an ensuite bathroom with shower, air conditioning, TV, and a balcony with sea view. The main bedroom No. 3, with a size of 22 square meters, features a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a private bathroom with shower and free-standing bathtub, a television, air conditioning, and a balcony with panoramic sea views.
Finally, bedroom No. 4, with an area of 13 square meters, includes a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a private bathroom with shower, a television, air conditioning, and a balcony with sea view. In addition, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

This estate is the perfect retreat and offers all the comforts of home in an opulent private oasis, conveniently located near local attractions but far enough from the tourist hustle to enjoy peace. You can drive to the pebble beaches in the area, where the sea has clear, warm water, or you can drive just 5 minutes to the sandy beach in Omiš (1.5 km). The closest mini-market is 600 meters from the villa; supermarkets and a selection of restaurants are accessible after a short 1.5 km walk to Omiš. Additionally, guests can hire a chef who prepares meals in the villa, or organize catering (not included).
