The “Anice” apartment is located on the ground floor. It is a comfortable 50 square meter apartment with an
ample private garden with an 18 square meter outside eating porch with a barbecue area. There is one
spacious bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a Jacuzzi and a comfortable open space, fully fitted,
kitchen / living room area. It is possible to include a single bed at an additional cost.

For families with infants and small children, on request, and according to availability: cradles or fold
up baby beds with protective sidings, child toilet seats, baby baths, high chairs, baby bottle/baby food
heaters, baby bottle sterilizer, stroller, fold up cradles, changing units, baby bouncer, plastic plates, dishes,
cups and cutlery for babies and toddlers

Services included:
Jacuzzi, Air Conditioning, Washing Machine, Dish Washer, Fridge, Microwave Oven, Kettle, Barbecue, Wi-Fi
and TV. Car Park. Pets are allowed. Cleaning at end of stay. Linen for kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms
is provided and changed weekly (guests are kindly requested to bring their own beach towels).

In the summer, use of two beach chairs and one beach umbrella at the Grottammare beach (and two
bicycles according to availability).

The apartment is well-equipped and had all the amenities we needed. It is pet-friendly, which was a big plus for us since we brought our dog. The area was quiet, and we loved having easy access to local parks. A relaxing stay overall!

The Anice apartment is a gem! It was very nice to have a private garden and a porch to enjoy our meals outdoors. We also took advantage of the bicycles provided to explore the area. The nearby food options were excellent, especially Caffè del Borgo.
