You will sleep deeply and wake up refreshed in one of our 10 rooms. Each one is individual and was conceived and MADE by ourselves with great attention to detail and joy. Country living meets modern design. Zest for life meets natural serenity. Original art on the walls, views from the large windows, and a feel-good atmosphere included. On the first floor is our large lounge, which can be used in many ways.
This is where people come together. People eat, play, laugh, and talk together. The open kitchen is connected, so everyone is together.
Everything around the house has also been thought of: barbecue area and outdoor kitchen, sun sails providing shade, and comfortable deck chairs. (In the evening, let the day end by the campfire, tell stories, or listen to the silence.)
We also lovingly take care of our llamas. Even the cheeky sparrows and bold tits are happy about our reliable attention. Yes, you read that right – llamas: We are happy to introduce our fluffy llamas. Being out and about with these friendly, charismatic animals is pure joy. Mindful hiking, leisurely strolling, or simply observing closely – your mind becomes completely free. And the relaxed calm of these little camels is passed on with every step.
And if you still haven't had enough of fresh air and nature, you can spend the night floating between the trees under the open sky. Listen to the melody of the night, feel the darkness with all your senses, let yourself be gently rocked to sleep by the wind. Your overnight stay in a tree tent will remain in your memory for a long time. The tent hangs about 1.30 m above the ground. Unwelcome crawlers are kept out by a mosquito net. You still have an unobstructed view of the starry sky. Sudden showers and morning dew are reliably kept at bay by a waterproof rain cover. But it’s most beautiful to sleep “topless.” Whether cooking or lazing in the hammock – much is possible – nothing is required.
In a natural environment, you can feel the power of community; everyone can actively participate. We offer space for many people and freedom for the individual. Space for peace and calm, for being active and doing nothing, for simply being happy.

Here is the requested translation to English: --- **4. WITHDRAWAL BY THE CUSTOMER (CANCELLATION, ANNULMENT) / NON-UTILIZATION OF THE HOTEL’S SERVICES (NO SHOW)** **4.1** Withdrawal by the customer from the contract concluded with the hotel is only possible if a right of withdrawal has been expressly agreed in the contract, if there is another statutory right of withdrawal, or if the hotel expressly consents to the termination of the contract. The agreement of a right of withdrawal as well as any consent to a contract termination should each be made in text form. **4.2** If a deadline for free withdrawal from the contract has been agreed between the hotel and the customer, the customer may withdraw from the contract up to that date without triggering payment or compensation claims by the hotel. The customer’s right of withdrawal expires if he does not exercise his right to withdraw from the contract with the hotel by the agreed deadline. **4.3** If no right of withdrawal has been agreed or it has already expired, and there is also no statutory right of withdrawal or termination, and if the hotel does not agree to a contract termination, the hotel retains the right to the agreed remuneration despite non-utilization of the service. The hotel must offset the income from renting the rooms to other parties as well as any saved expenses. If the rooms are not rented to other parties, the hotel may apply a lump-sum deduction for saved expenses. In this case, the customer is obliged to pay at least 90% of the contractually agreed price for accommodation with or without breakfast as well as for package arrangements with external services, 70% for half-board, and 60% for full-board arrangements. The contracting party is obliged to pay the following portions of the contractually agreed total price for event services: e) 90% of the contractually agreed total price if the cancellation or reduction is received by the hotel less than 120 days before the start of the service period and there is an exclusive booking of the restaurant or the hotel. The hotel has no claim if the cancellation is received by the hotel up to and including 120 days before the start of the service period.
