You will sleep soundly and wake up refreshed in one of our 10 rooms. Each one is individually designed and - MADE for you by us with great attention to detail. Country life meets modern design. Joie de vivre meets natural serenity. Original art on the walls, views from the large windows and a feel-good atmosphere included. Our large, versatile lounge is located on the first floor.
People come together here. They eat, play, laugh and talk together. The open-plan kitchen is adjacent, so everyone is together.
Everything around the house has also been thought of: a barbecue area and outdoor kitchen, shady awnings and comfortable deckchairs (in the evening, you can end the day by the campfire, tell stories or listen to the silence)
We also lovingly look after our animals - llamas, bees, chickens and ducks. Even the cheeky sparrows and cheeky tits enjoy our reliable attention.
Yes, you read that right - llamas: we are happy to introduce our fluffy llamas. Travelling with these friendly, charismatic animals is pure joy. Mindful walking, leisurely strolling or close observation - your head will be completely free. And the relaxed calm of the little camels is transmitted with every step.
And if you still haven't had enough of the fresh air and nature, you can spend the night floating between the trees in the open air. Listen to the melody of the night, feel the darkness with all your senses and let the wind gently lull you to sleep. You will remember your overnight stay in a tree tent for a long time. The tent hangs approx. 1.30 metres above the ground. A mosquito net keeps out unwelcome creepy-crawlies. You still have a clear view of the starry sky. A waterproof rain cover provides reliable protection from sudden showers and morning dew. However, the best place to sleep is "topless".
Whether you're cooking or lazing in the hammock - you can do a lot - but you don't have to.

You will find our SELBSTGEMACHT in Arnsgrün, a small idyllic village in the heart of Thuringia.
The nearest towns are Plauen, Zeulenroda and Greiz. All 3 are easy to reach by train.
If you find us by car, you can reach us via the A9 or A72 motorways, which are about 25 minutes away.
The route to us leads you through many small villages and valleys. It is best to enter our address Arnsgrün 56 in 07937 Zeulenroda-Triebes into your navigation system and you will be reliably guided to us.

Cancellation terms:
- 4 RÜCKTRITT DES KUNDEN (ABBESTELLUNG, STORNIERUNG)/ NICHTINANSPRUCHNAHME DER LEISTUNGEN DES HOTELS (NO SHOW) 4.1 Ein Rücktritt des Kunden von dem mit dem Hotel geschlossenen Vertrag ist nur möglich, wenn ein Rücktrittsrecht im Vertrag ausdrücklich vereinbart wurde, ein sonstiges gesetzliches Rücktrittsrecht besteht oder wenn das Hotel der Vertragsaufhebung ausdrücklich zustimmt. Die Vereinbarung eines Rücktrittsrechtes sowie die etwaige Zustimmung zu einer Vertragsaufhebung sollen jeweils in Textform erfolgen. 4.2 Sofern zwischen dem Hotel und dem Kunden ein Termin zum kostenfreien Rücktritt vom Vertrag vereinbart wurde, kann der Kunde bis dahin vom Vertrag zurücktreten, ohne Zahlungs- oder Schadensersatzansprüche des Hotels auszulösen. Das Rücktrittsrecht des Kunden erlischt, wenn er nicht bis zum vereinbarten Termin sein Recht zum Rücktritt gegenüber dem Hotel ausübt. 4.3 Ist ein Rücktrittsrecht nicht vereinbart oder bereits erloschen, besteht auch kein gesetzliches Rücktritts- oder Kündigungsrecht und stimmt das Hotel einer Vertragsaufhebung nicht zu, behält das Hotel den Anspruch auf die vereinbarte Vergütung trotz Nichtinanspruchnahme der Leistung. Das Hotel hat die Einnahmen aus anderweitiger Vermietung der Zimmer sowie die ersparten Aufwendungen anzurechnen. Werden die Zimmer nicht anderweitig vermietet, so kann das Hotel den Abzug für ersparte Aufwendungen pauschalieren. Der Kunde ist in diesem Fall verpflichtet, mindestens 90 % des vertraglich vereinbarten Preises für Übernachtung mit oder ohne Frühstück sowie für Pauschalarrangements mit Fremdleistungen, 70 % für Halbpensions- und 60 % für Vollpensionsarrangements zu zahlen. Der Vertragspartner ist verpflichtet, folgende Anteile des vertraglich vereinbarten Gesamtpreises für Veranstaltungsleistungen zu zahlen: e) 90% des vertraglich vereinbarten Gesamtpreises, wenn die Stornierung bzw. Reduzierung weniger als 120 Tage vor Beginn des Leistungszeitraums dem Hotel zugeht und eine Exklusivbuchung des Restaurants oder des Hotels vorliegt. Das Hotel hat keinen Anspruch, wenn die Stornierung bis einschließlich 120 Tage vor Beginn des Leistungszeitraums dem Hotel zugeht.
