Welcome to the Broich vacation apartment in Oberpframmern! Our beautiful and spacious vacation apartment spans 96 square meters and can accommodate up to six guests. It features two bedrooms, a living room (with sofa beds), a kitchen, and a bathroom.
The apartment is located in a charming building, surrounded by a well-maintained garden and a terrace that invites relaxation. The landscape around the house is rural. Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, and coffee maker. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and a large work surface. It is the perfect place to prepare and enjoy meals.
The living room is cozy and inviting, with comfortable furniture and a TV for your entertainment. The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds and bedding. For the smallest guests, a crib and a high chair are available.
The vacation apartment also has a washing machine, an iron, and a hairdryer to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, allowing you to stay connected at all times.

The holiday apartment is located 12 km from the southeastern city edge of Munich. The Munich Trade Fair can be reached in 20 minutes. Oberpframmern is an idyllic community with 2,500 residents in the Bavarian district of Ebersberg.
Directions:
Leave the A 99 at the Putzbrunn/Hohenbrunn exit and drive towards Putzbrunn (2 km), keep right at the church and follow the signs to Oberpframmern (10 km). In Oberpframmern, turn left at the church following the direction sign towards Glonn. After leaving the town, turn right into the next street. The vacation apartment is located in the first house on the left side.
