Discover a holiday paradise in our holiday home Hus Utspann in Büsum. With a living space of 67 square metres, our house offers space for up to 5 guests. It has two bedrooms and a bathroom, ideal for families or small groups.
The cost of the visitor's tax is added to the booking. The visitor's tax is payable by anyone over the age of 16 and amounts to €4 or €2.80 per day of stay, depending on the season. This will be charged directly on arrival.

The house is equipped with modern amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and kettle. A washing machine and clothes horse are available for your clothes. For our youngest guests we offer a cot and a high chair.
Relax in our cosy living room with TV and free WLAN. The house has central heating and is suitable for allergy sufferers. Smoking is not permitted in our house.
Outside you can enjoy the fresh air in our garden. We also offer a barbecue area and a terrace, perfect for cosy summer evenings. A car park is available for your cars.
We also offer bicycles for you to explore the beautiful surroundings of Büsum. The holiday home is close to the beach and the lighthouse, surrounded by breathtaking scenery. There is a large public playground not far from the holiday home. The Karbbenexpress stops a short distance from the house

Büsum is a charming North Sea town in Germany.
The Fereinhaus is located at the wheel of the old town centre in the middle of a quiet residential area. In Südereggenweg, holiday homes and permanently inhabited houses alternate with each other. It is not a stereotypical housing estate, but has a well-established structure. It is very quiet here. Nevertheless, everything in Büsum is within walking distance. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the town centre and about 20-25 minutes to walk to the Perlebucht crossing. A bakery and some of the shopping facilities (Edeka and Co) can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. The railway station is also within walking distance.
There is a stop for the free local transport service "Krabbenexpress" nearby at the parent-child spa centre "Gode Tied". There is a large playground on the way there.
You can also leave Büsum quickly by car or bicycle and explore the area outside the town.
Overall, the location of the municipality close to the A23 motorway and the good train connections are impressive. Despite its growth in recent years, the centre of Büsum has remained manageable. This is particularly important for families with children.
The good infrastructure is worth mentioning, especially along the waterfront (beach chairs, toilet facilities etc.). During the season, there are many events for young and old, most of which are free of charge. These costs are covered by the visitor's tax (€4/season/all over 16s or €2.80/off-season).

Well-equipped holiday apartment, everything has really been thought of, you can tell that importance is placed on the fact that the relaxation of the guests should begin as soon as the door is opened. I was not here for the last time. ?

Dreamlike vacation
A very beautiful house.
Furnished with a lot of love and heart, and equipped with details.
Everything one needs is there.
It is very good that everything is within walking distance, beach and shopping.

We bought the house at Südereggenweg 50 in 2017. We have extensively renovated it ourselves and have been renting out our "Hus Utspann" with great pleasure ever since. We welcome a wide variety of guests: Families with children, intergenerational holidaymakers, students preparing for exams, couples, guests who value separate bedrooms and many others. Over the years, we have adapted the house to our guests' wishes and circumstances. We recently renovated the rooms on the upper floor in spring 2024 and had a new, efficient gas heating system installed. We live just outside Glückstadt on the Elbe. My husband has a vegetable farm. I work as an external auditor in the audit services of the Schleswig-Holstein state tax authorities. Our two children still go to school.
