The holiday home was great, but the customer service was very poor. I reported a broken drainage of the sink on November 3rd, and it was supposed to be repaired the next day. Unfortunately, I didn't see anyone. I called again, and they said someone would come the next day. Unfortunately, I still didn't see anyone. Upon departure on November 6th, I still hadn't seen anyone! I hope I will be compensated to some extent! Very disappointed! I had to wash everything in the shower for 3 days!
