Description

The holiday home is a terraced house, functional and furnished in typical local style. The property is located on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property over the sea and its quiet, sunny, waterside hillside location. For your exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. In front of the house there is a mooring for boats up to 5 m, which the owner offers at no extra charge. The boat can dock 50 m from the house and the trailer must be taken to the car park.

Location
Gdinj. The holiday home is located on a 150 sqm open garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (rubble or gravel). Parking is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Special
The house is equipped with solar panels and a water tank, and hot water is heated in a 100-litre boiler. Water can be used in the house and in the outdoor shower. The electricity generated by the solar panels allows for charging mobile phones and laptops, and small appliances should not be used. The house is not connected to mains electricity or water, but it runs on solar power and has rainwater tanks. There is hot water in the house, and there is a gas-powered refrigerator and a gas cooker. An outdoor shower with a water tank heated by the sun is also available. Internet access (Wi-Fi).
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.
Hygiene measures: Protective masks, disinfectant, and final cleaning with disinfection. Regional health guidelines are observed.

Shopping 4 km, restaurant 10 km, town centre 4 km. The nearest public transport stop is 3 km away. In summer: Swimming opportunity 30 m in Gdinj (beach 30 m in Gdinj with stones, rocks and bathing platforms).

Cooking nook in the living room with dining area (4 seats), gas stove (4 flames), fridge (icebox) and access to the terrace (garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs). Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bedroom (10 sqm) with 1 double bed. 3 bedrooms each (15 sqm) with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. 2 Separate toilet each with 1 washbasin and WC.

Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
