Our holiday home offers you comfort, coziness, and a unique location – perfect for an unforgettable stay at any time of year, even with your dog.
Discover the charming holiday home Meisenring, idyllically located in Friedrichsbrunn in the Harz, Saxony-Anhalt. This cozy home offers 40 square meters of space for up to 2 guests and is equipped with a living room with dining area, kitchenette, bedroom, and a bathroom.
No mass tourism, but peace and tranquility, and relaxation from stressful everyday life. Enjoy the fresh and healthy Harz air, take relaxing hikes, or enjoy a lovely evening with a bottle of sparkling wine or wine on the terrace. Beer works too ;-).
The holiday home is also perfectly equipped for a relaxing stay. The kitchenette, including microwave, kettle, and coffee machine, allows you to prepare your meals just as you wish. In the living room, a comfortable couch in front of the TV invites you to relax. The entire house is lovingly furnished with wooden furniture and warm wooden floors, creating an inviting atmosphere.
A parking space is available for your vehicle, and the terraces offer the ideal spot for breakfast outdoors or simply to enjoy the peace and quiet. Practical amenities such as a washing machine and a hairdryer are also provided. Please note that the holiday home is a non-smoking accommodation, ensuring a fresh and pleasant stay.
Your dog is also welcome. Please bring a basket or dog blanket. Out of consideration for other guests, dogs are not allowed on the bed or sofa.
We charge €5 per day for your dog.
Our privately and family-run holiday home is located right by the forest on a natural plot for your exclusive use. After just a few steps, you are in nature and can start your cycling and hiking tours or take a leisurely walk.
It takes about 1 hour to walk to the Hexentanzplatz.
In winter, if there is enough snow, there is a cross-country ski trail.
Carriage rides are also offered on site.

Shopping is possible locally at Böhms Lädchen, a 10-minute walk away. However, the selection of items is limited.
In Thale you will find, in addition to Kaufland and Rewe, several discount stores.
The city of Thale charges a visitor’s tax of €3.00 per day and guest. All bus rides are free for guests with this. Walking distance to the bus stop is about 10 minutes.
You don’t necessarily need your car.

Short vacation
We had a great stay in the lovingly designed holiday home of the Freyny family. We were warmly welcomed and cared for, and we felt completely comfortable. We really enjoyed our time and would love to come back. We can only recommend a holiday in the Freynys' holiday home. Our dog was also very welcome and felt perfectly at home.

Gladly again
We rented the holiday home from 13. 07. 26 - 17. 07. 26 for 2 people and a small dog and felt very comfortable from the start. We were warmly welcomed by the landlords, and the handover of the house went smoothly without much fuss. The house and the property are clean and well-maintained. The furnishings were as described. My only skepticism was about the sleeping area, but after the first night, that was no longer an issue. The house itself is very close to the forest, and there are several hiking trails available. During our stay, there was occasional contact with the landlords, and they always made you feel that they wanted to help immediately in case of problems. Absolute recommendation from us - we would book it again.

Beautiful short vacation
We spent Easter with our dog in the holiday home on Meisenring and felt completely comfortable. We lacked nothing, the little house was charming, and the fireplace on the still quite cool evenings was magnificent. The landlords were also super nice and always helpful. We would love to come back!!

Great accommodation
I spent a wonderful time with my dog in the great little house.
Everything you could wish for is there - plus it's spotlessly clean and totally cozy.
My dog was allowed to roam freely on the property - a perfect place to relax.
The landlords are extremely nice and warm-hearted people.
It couldn't be better!

The little house offers everything you need and is spotlessly clean.
The fireplace provides a nice warmth on cool evenings. The peace is wonderful!
In good weather, you can enjoy the sun on one of the two terraces.
We had a very nice extended weekend in Friedrichsbrunn!
