Anregung: Bei Neuankömmlingen habe ich kurze Einweisung vermisst. Lage der Mülleimer, bzw. wie dei Trennung des Mülls in Laboe üblich ist. (in jeden Kreis in BW ist es anders) Anleitung Inbetriebnahme Dusche (konte nich sofort den Anschalten des Wasser finden) mfg Helmut Kraus

Ankommen und sofort wohlfühlen, sich einfach sofort zuhause fühlen, diese Überschrift trifft die Bewertung wohl am schnellsten. Die Wohnung ist nicht nur gemütlich sondern auch praktisch. Alles ist vorhanden, alles war super und einsatzbereit, alles war sehr sauber.Täglich gab es nette Details wie z.B. Spiele im Schrank zu entdecken. Was will ma mehr? Wir würden die Wohnung jedenfalls sofort wieder mieten

All in all, we felt very comfortable. Here are a few "suggestions for improvement" (absolutely no criticism towards the property management; you were great!): Aside from the broken couch in the living room and the broken window in the kitchen, there are small things missing in the apartment that the landlord could address to make a big difference regarding comfort (salt, pepper, sugar, an additional medium-sized cooking pot, a proper dish brush, dish soap, more hooks for towels in the bathroom). Furthermore, the apartment should definitely not be rented out for 6 people. In the bedroom with the single beds, the TV should be mounted on the other window side so that opening the window is not so cumbersome. In the kitchen, there should be an outlet to the right of or behind the sink, as the coffee machine cannot be properly filled under the slanted side. In the bedroom with the double bed, a doorstop would be advisable so that the door doesn't always hit the wardrobe (alternatively, a narrower wardrobe would also suffice). The towel package is a bit sparse; there should definitely be a bath towel included.

Large holiday apartment with a great location. Pool, sauna, and whirlpool could be used for free. If you had questions or needed help, assistance was provided immediately. The staff were very nice and helpful. We would be happy to come back.

Renewal of the beds, pans, batteries in the remote control in the bedroom. Otherwise, we were very satisfied. Thank you very much.
