Description

The studio is located in an apartment building and is functionally furnished. The property is also popular because of the sea view from the grounds and its secluded waterfront location. Available for use: barbecue facilities and a boat dock. Those who own their own boat have access to a mooring and a parking space for trailers up to 5 m in length. A boat can also be rented; it is 5 m long and has a 5 hp engine. Fruit and vegetables can be bought from the boat that comes to the bay every other day.

Location
Bogomolje. The landlord lives in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a path (rubble or gravel, length 2500 m). Parking is available on the property.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi).
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.
Hygiene measures: protective masks, disinfectant, and final cleaning with disinfection.
