The holiday flat is located in an apartment building and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property over the sea and its sunny location. Ražanj. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed garden plot with meadow and trees, bordered by a wall. The landlord lives in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The apartment is 200 m from the center of the destination Ražanj (Rogoznica) and 100 m from the sea. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.
