The holiday home is a terraced house and is furnished in a modern and luxurious style. The property is located in a holiday complex on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property over the garden and its quiet and sunny waterfront location. Available for use: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. Guests have access to a barbecue, which is shared with the mobile home in the same row. There are seven other mobile homes on this field. A buoy for your boat is located in the sea in front of the property; available on request and at an additional charge of EUR 7 per day per buoy. There are 4 buoys available, so please enquire about availability before booking.

Pakoštane. The holiday home is located in a holiday resort, on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and trees, bounded by a fence and a hedge. View: garden. Access is via a side street (gravel or crushed stone). Parking on the property and on the street in front of the house.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.
Hygiene measures: Protective masks, disinfectants, and final cleaning with disinfection. Regional health guidelines are followed.

Kitchenette in the living room with electric cooker (4 hobs), extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
