The detached holiday home is modern and functionally furnished. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location by the water. Available for exclusive use are: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Pašman. The holiday home is located on a 250 sqm garden plot. Access is via a mountain road (gravel or crushed stone, length 100 m). Parking in a car park in the village (distance 50 m).
