Kitchenette in the living room with dining area (4 places), gas cooker (4 rings), oven, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
