The detached holiday home is modern, luxurious, and furnished in the typical local style. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard. Swimming pool.

Mirca. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot of 8000 sqm with trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Participation in the harvest. The entrance to the olive grove is from the main road, the entrance to the house is about 200 m along a stone road. View of the sea and green area. Parking spaces are located directly next to the building.

Air conditioning. Cot, internet access (WiFi), and washing machine. TV reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.
Hygiene measures: Protective masks, disinfectants, and final cleaning with disinfection.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to late September, can be heated).

Bedroom (9 sqm) with 1 double bed. Kitchenette with dining area, gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, hairdryer and bed linen, towels. Separate WC with 1 washbasin and toilet.

The holding of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed in the premises.
