The holiday flat is located in an apartment building constructed in 1960, was renovated in 2024, and is furnished in a modern and luxurious style. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential area. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property into the valley and its quiet, sunny, and secluded hillside location on the edge of the forest. Available for use: parasol, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Kamp-Bornhofen, Kamp district, 95 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on a 1,200 sqm enclosed garden property with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord only lives in the house part-time but uses a separate entrance. Property with a stream. Dream location on the edge of the forest with an unobstructed view of the Middle Rhine Valley. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the street in front of the house. There is a charging station for electric cars in the village (1,000 m).

Electric heating. Heat pump from 2025 and additionally there are 2 wood-burning stoves on the property. Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television is received via satellite. The accommodation is furnished to be allergy-free and has hypoallergenic pillows.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector and a fire extinguisher.

Eat-in kitchen with seating area, tiled stove, dining area (6 seats) and access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed (queen size). Kitchen (walk-through room) with dining area (4 seats), electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood, fridge (freezer compartment), coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom (20 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window and completely renovated in 2024.

The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years old.
