The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny hillside location by the water. Available for exclusive use are: garden shower, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture.

Majkovi. The holiday home is located on a 1,400 m² garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. View: sea, green area and garden. Access is via a road (asphalted). Parking on the street in front of the house.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.
Hygiene measures: Face masks, disinfectants and final cleaning with disinfection. Regional health guidelines are followed.

Kitchenette in the living room with gas hob, electric hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window. Separate WC with 1 washbasin and WC.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
