The stylish interiors of our new villa Apolina, a fully air-conditioned four-bedroom villa with panoramic sea and island views from the entire property, are ideal for accommodating groups of up to eight individuals, making it ideal for families, friends, and couples. A cozy 300 square meter interior tucked away on a private 600 square meter fenced plot.
This property is beautifully appointed with contemporary architecture and high-quality furnishings. It is fully equipped with all modern guest needs for a very comfortable stay. It is very comfortable with several sitting areas, offering absolute privacy. This is a perfect getaway with a quiet environment next to other villas.
The location in the upper portion of Podstrana village will induce a tranquil Dalmatian mindset, where you will only be able to hear crickets and be surrounded by hues of green and blue. It is located only 8km from the famous town Split with many historical attractions, only 1,3km from crystal clear pebble beach in Podstrana, a minimarket at 650m distance, and 1,5km from restaurants. If you prefer to enjoy your privacy at the property, you have the opportunity to arrange additional services like a private chef, a masseuse, and grocery delivery to the property. All of these services can be arranged before or during your stay.

* The OUTDOORS (ground floor level) offers a private, heated 36 sqm (9m x 4m) infinity swimming pool with hydromassage and fully automated salt electrolysis system, 6 deck chairs, an outdoor shower, a covered dining area for 8 people with very comfortable chairs, and a lounge corner with open sea views. Behind the outdoor dining area lies a traditional barbecue area to hone your grilling skills and table tennis for amusement. There is a direct approach from the living/kitchen area.
* The LIVING area (72sqm) (ground floor level) offers a stylish living area with flat-screen TV, A/C, a fireplace, sofas, direct exit to a covered outdoor dining area and pool; A fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay (microwave oven, coffee maker, an ice maker, two refrigerators, a toaster, a kettle...) and a dining table with spectacular sea views. A separate toilet. On the ground floor is one bedroom: Bedroom No1 (12sqm) and offers two single beds 90cm x 200cm, TV, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower (6sqm).
* The FIRST floor features a nice hallway with some sofas and an exit to a sea-view terrace.
Bedroom No. 2 measures 13 square meters and features a queen-size bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm, a television, air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom with a shower (6 square meters), and a sea view.
Bedroom No. 3 (17sqm) has a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, TV, A/C, and en-suite bathroom with shower (5sqm).
Bedroom No. 4 measures 12 square meters and is furnished with a king-size bed measuring 180 cm x 200 cm, a television, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower measuring 5 square meters, and sea views.
There exists a secured parking area on a private plot that can accommodate four vehicles, and it is recommended to rent a vehicle, with two garage spaces and two in front. At the entrance, there is a video surveillance.
Due to the proximity of Split, all traffic communications are near the airport (30 km), seaport (8 km), bus station for international traffic (8 km), railway station (8 km), and the motorway (18 km), golf and tennis courts only 4 km from the villa.
