Unique holiday cottage with the most amazing location directly to the ocean and one of the best beaches in Denmark. You can enjoy the 160 degree beautiful view of the ocean up close from the big terrace. You get a unique experience in a house with plenty of space both indoor and outdoor, and with the ocean right outside the door. The house has 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen-family room that combines the dining area with the rest of the house. The living room is a high-ceilinged room with exposed beams and a wood-burning stove which spreads good mood in the evenings. 3 big bedrooms and 2 master bedrooms on the first floor, and here you also can enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean. From the terraces you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets and keep in touch with the water. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
