This terraced house has a fully fenced property, which ensures your privacy while enjoying the view of the green expanse from the private pool. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 5 people. The interior will delight lovers of contemporary sophistication and the tranquil atmosphere of the garden will give you a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The open-plan living area on the ground floor will delight you with its airiness, natural light and views of the surrounding countryside. The open-plan living room, kitchen and dining room come together in a minimalist design with modern furnishings. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV where you can watch a film in the comfort of the air-conditioned room. Underfloor heating ensures complete comfort throughout the villa. A very modern kitchen design with a large island will delight lovers of luxurious interiors. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an induction hob. The industrial style dining table is set between wide glass doors that provide direct access to the garden and views of the Istrian countryside.

All 3 bedrooms are upstairs and are designed to be oases of relaxation. Comfortable double beds, simple lines and bright colours all combine to create exactly this kind of environment. For added comfort, 2 rooms have TV's. French doors in 2 rooms provide plenty of natural light and a soothing view of the greenery. It is possible to add a child's cot. You can also enjoy a zen-like ambience in one of the 3 modern bathrooms on the first floor. Each bathroom has a shower cabin and hairdryers are available. One of the bathrooms also has toiletries.

In the charming 245 m² garden, a popular spot is the swimming pool with outdoor shower and sunbathing area. Take a refreshing dip in the pool and then relax with your favourite book on the sun lounger. There is also an outside shower. Next to the pool is a lounge area with garden furniture - the perfect place to enjoy your morning tea in peace and quiet. A stone path across the lawn leads to a small summer kitchen with sink, which will come in handy when preparing food on the electric barbecue. In addition to the relaxing garden area, there is also an uncovered parking area for 3 vehicles inside the property.

Villa Casa Valero is less than 2 kilometres from the nearest beach, so you can swap the pool for a dip in the Adriatic whenever you feel like it. Explore the many bays and beaches of the town of Novigrad and enjoy the spectacular sunset views. Visit the walls of Novigrad, the stone belltower and the country palace, then head to the stunning Poreč. If you fancy a walk in the Istrian hinterland, accompanied by a tasting of top-quality wines, visit the fairytale town of Brtonigla, just a 10-minute drive away. For an exciting day out with the family, head to Istralandia, a famous water park that attracts visitors from all over the region. Whatever you choose to do, you can't go wrong - Istria is full of cultural and historical gems, set in an enchanting natural environment.
