The luxury holiday home complex Residence Pietre d'Istria is situated in a peaceful village of Burići, in the immediate vicinity of Rovinj. The stunning residence was originally built in 1876 as a farmstead and was completely renovated in 2023, preserving the traditional Istrian aesthetics. The complex comprises 3 independent villas, each with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it ideal for a group of up to 12 people. You are also welcome to bring your pets. You can enjoy shared facilities with your family and friends, including a beautiful Mediterranean garden with a swimming pool and sunbathing area, as well as a gym and Finnish sauna. For a luxurious experience, the villa staff will be at your service every day. It is possible to book the whole resort or one of its villas individually upon request.

On the ground floor of all three villas, you'll be welcomed by an open space that encompasses the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The fusion of traditional and modern styles is striking, with top-notch Italian and French furnishings adding a touch of exclusivity to the surroundings. Cozy vibes are evoked by neutral hues and organic elements such as wood and stone. Each living room boasts a cushy sofa and a big smart TV, while a stone fireplace imparts a delightful warmth. The villas have well-equipped kitchens with stone counters and high chairs that are seamlessly integrated into the open-plan design. Each villa boasts dining tables made of natural materials that add to the breezy feel of the space.

Each villa has 2 bedrooms on the first floor. All rooms are air-conditioned and have en-suite bathrooms. The rooms are decorated in neutral earthy tones with modern furniture made of natural materials. The central feature of each bedroom is a double bed, and baby cots can be provided on request. To ensure a worry-free vacation, safes are provided in each room for storing valuables. The en-suite bathrooms have a modern minimalist feel and are equipped with toiletries, bathrobes and hairdryers. The tiles evoke traditional stone, complemented by modern sinks and gold accents. All bathrooms have shower cubicles, with one including a wooden base and double sinks.

The 780 m² yard offers a blend of traditional Istrian style with contemporary touches that will leave a big impression. The light-coloured stone and blue shutters on the outside match the green of the olive trees and lush Mediterranean plants. Every villa has its own covered porch with a large table and chairs, and the rest of the garden is shared by the guests of all the villas. The 40 m² pool with a sun terrace and 12 deck chairs is the central location for mingling and basking under the Istrian sun. After relaxing on the deckchairs, you can carry on relaxing in the shade of the lounge area with its comfortable seating. Another popular spot is the delightful summer kitchen featuring a large barbecue fireplace. Enjoying tasty food and a glass of local wine, you can continue spending quality time with your loved ones until well into the night.

During your stay at Residence Pietre d'Istria, you can enjoy top-tier amenities that will enhance your luxurious vacation. The primary villa houses an outstanding fitness centre and for complete relaxation there is a personal wellness area with Finnish sauna.
