The spacious 218 m² provides enough comfort for 8 people. This villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. A modern living room and an open kitchen with a dining room offer a relaxing view of the outdoor pool and green surroundings. The yard, which is neat and minimalistic, creates a haven where you can spend your days outdoors, soaking up the sun's rays.

The living room on the ground floor has a contemporary design. Soothing colors and quality furniture are what make this space expensive, and the real spectacle is the view of the spacious garden, which extends from every corner. The open concept is interrupted by an elegant fireplace, which forms the border between the living room and the kitchen. The wooden kitchen is bathed in light and equipped with all the necessary contents and devices. You can have breakfast at the spacious kitchen island, with a view of the dense greenery, or at the dining table for 8 people.

The bedrooms exude simplicity and provide comfort for all visitors. Each is equipped with a large double bed and a separate bathroom, a wardrobe, a television and a writing desk. The large windows in the bedrooms give you a view of the yard and an exit to the exterior of the villa. Modern en-suite bathrooms, with large sinks, toilet and walk-in shower, will provide you with the comfort you deserve on vacation.
