Therefore, visiting coastal towns and going to the beach is easy and quick. Villa Corticum Otium is immersed in the greenery and thus provides privacy for its visitors.

Take a look at the villa Corticum Otium, which, in addition to the surface of 150 m², also has a garden as large as 1200 m². Comfort for 8 people is guaranteed, since this villa consists of a living room, a kitchen connected to the dining room, and four bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The outdoor pool of 24 m² is intended exclusively for you and your enjoyment, and the fenced yard is decorated with trees that form a pleasant shade in the warmer months.

The very modern decorated ground floor of the villa Corticum Otium consists of a living room, the center of which is a striking blue, corner sofa, located opposite the smart TV. An open passage leads to the dining room connected to an elegant white high gloss kitchen. A touch of warmth is provided by the wooden kitchen countertop that matches the dining table, which creates a harmonious design of the room. The kitchen provides all necessary appliances, and you can also get a children's highchair on request.

The bedrooms are equipped with double beds and single beds. In addition to comfortable beds, you will find a wardrobe and a desk in each bedroom. Underfloor heating is installed in all bedrooms, and a balcony within one bedroom is a real spectacle. Comfort and spaciousness are also contributed by the en-suite bathrooms, which also have underfloor heating, and each has a shower cabin or bathtub, sink and toilet. Personal hygiene products and a hair dryer are also available in each bathroom.

The fenced yard of the villa Corticum Otium consists of a green lawn and tall trees that create shade and block unwanted views. The center of the yard is definitely the swimming pool and the paved sunbathing area with deck chairs and umbrellas, where you will spend most of your time. The outdoor space for socializing consists of a covered terrace with a dining table and chairs for 8 people as well as a barbecue. Kids can have fun on the children's playground on the lawn, which consists of a wooden house, a slide and swings. Villa Corticum Otium is intended for all lovers of peaceful family vacations.
