Villa River Hills can accommodate six + two guests and features an outdoor dining area, three en suite bedrooms, two living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a fully equipped gym, and a PlayStation 5. It also has a heated pool with an attached hydromassage area, and a sitting bench, both with synchronized water temperature for ultimate relaxation, and a fully automated salt electrolysis system. Nearby Villa Hillside Paradise, which also has three en suite bedrooms, is Villa River Hills. Both villas are available for separate rentals.
This place has a special kind of air that combines river, sea, and mountain air. There are only fifteen-weekend villas or cottages around, and even though the location is peaceful and handy to all the amenities, a car is still needed. The view of Radman's Mills, a popular tourist destination, and the Cetina River Canyon is breathtaking. The town of Omis and the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic Coast are both 7 km from the house. Omis is a charming little town on the Adriatic Coast with 25,000 residents and all the amenities you could want for a great vacation. Only 25 kilometers to the west, Split is a popular tourist destination enjoyed by thousands of tourists worldwide because of its wealth of historical sites and attractions. Situated in Split's historic district, the palace of Roman emperor Diocletian is protected as a zero-category monument by UNESCO. Only 40 kilometers separate the house from the airport, and Trogir, an amazing historic city, is just a short drive away.
There's a kilometer-long sandy beach in the town center as well as a series of beautiful beaches with tiny pebbles along the Omis Riviera. Most of them share a deep, natural color. A lot is going on in the city center. Omiš offers rafting, free climbing, paragliding, diving, sailing, and beach volleyball all within a short distance. There are countless options available for those looking for an action-packed vacation. You thrill-seekers just have to make a decision.

* The OUTDOORS has a heated private swimming pool measuring 4,3 x 7,9 m (34 sq ft) with a hydromassage area attached, and a fully automated salt electrolysis system. The sun deck area has an outdoor shower, a traditional charcoal/wood barbecue, and six-deck chairs on an artificial grass plot. a direct entry to the second living room and bedroom on the ground floor, as well as a covered outdoor dining area.
* The 15 square foot second living room on the GROUND floor has sliding doors that open to the outdoor dining area, a TV, a PlayStation5, and a sofa that can be made into a sofa bed. Bedroom NO 3 (15,7 sqm) has a super king-size bed measuring 200 cm by 200 cm, a TV, air conditioning, and a sliding door to the pool area. a family bathroom with a bathtub and shower. a fully equipped 27 square meter gym with air conditioning, a shower, weights, yoga and pilates equipment, a bench, an exercise bike, and a treadmill. There is a separate laundry room measuring 4 square meters that has a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing supplies.
* The first floor, or main living area, is 44 square meters and features a large, elegant living room, a lounge area, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a sofa, and a terrace with amazing views of the Cetina River Canyon. a dining area and an island-equipped, fully functional kitchen. Off of it is a bathroom.
NO1, a 12 square meter bedroom, has a TV, air conditioning, a king-size bed that is 180 by 200 centimeters, and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. The 12 square meter bedroom NO2 has a TV, air conditioning, a king-size bed that is 180 by 200 cm, and an attached bathroom with a bathtub and a shower.
NOTE: Since this is a quiet vacation spot, we are unable to accept reservations from groups of very young people (under 23) who plan loud parties at night. The nearest mini-market is located 3,5 km away, and the nearest supermarket is 6.2 km away. The house is not only a great place to relax, but it's also kid-friendly, with two sitting rooms that come equipped with TVs and plenty of space for play.

Absolute dream house
We were 10 days in this wonderful villa and would always come back if we were to visit this area again. The house is very clean, everything is tidy and well thought out. Everything is fenced, perfect with small children. The pool is great, the sea view is amazing. The house looks exactly like in the pictures. The service is also very good; we missed nothing. Many thanks to our contact person Aida, who supported us with advice and assistance. Overall, the price/performance ratio is right here.
