Here you live just a stone's throw from the sea in a beautiful house in Åminne with scenic surroundings and lush land in perfect sun position. Walking distance to two of Gotland's finest sandy beaches, Vitviken and Åminne with restaurant and pool during summer. Explore Gotland and its barren nature, well-known rauks, Fårö, Hoburgen and above all the world heritage city of Visby where you must walk along the Ring Wall and stroll along the rose-studded alleys in Visby Innerstad. A warm welcome to this gem! Very homely house with a roof up to the ridge in the living room which contributes to a spacious feeling. Living room and dining area are combined in one with a cozy wood burning stove. On the entrance level there is also a spacious bedroom with generous double bed, sofa bed in living room, large fully tiled bathroom with shower and a laundry room with washing machine and drying rack. Upstairs you will find a soothing bedroom with two beds. There are plenty of board games and speakers to connect to your mobile. Cot in the form of a travel cot is available. On the plot there are nice seating areas and plenty of parking spaces. Only about 300 meters from the plot you will find Gothemsån, please check fishing rules for those who want to fish! Bed linen and towels are included when booking this accommodation. Information about compost handling is available in the house. Gotland is bursting with life and movement during the summer. In addition to the island offering a unique nature that is an experience in itself, there is a wide range of activities and attractions such as several different restaurants, cafes, flea markets, fantastic beaches, cultural attractions and nice little shops that pop up here and there during the summer. You get around the island by car, bus, on foot or why not cycle around Gotland! A visit to Fårö is a must to look at the famous rauks and swim on the fantastic Sudersand and Ekeviken where the sand is as fine as powder. Also explore the island further south as Ljugarn and Burgsvik! Surprise the children with a visit to Pippi Longstocking at Kneippbyn with its large summer and water park or visit the animals at Gotland Zoo. The list can be made long, welcome to find just your strawberry places! Tip: Get up early to stroll down to the sea and watch Gotland's magical sunrise! Unbeatable! If you are on the east side, it is also a must to watch the sunset. Tips from the owner! Those of you who love Mexican food must visit Gothem's Cantina Y Casitas, only 5 km from the house and the popular Rute Stenungsbageri with fantastic environment where you can enjoy good pizzas, buns and freshly baked bread!

The location is perfect for beach lovers! Just a short walk to Åminne Beach, where we spent most of our days, The house is spacious, and we appreciated the cozy fireplace for chilly evenings, Would definitely recommend this spot!
