The residence is popular also due to the view from the property of the garden and its quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: garden furniture.

Fonyód. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the street in front of the house.

Shopping 300 m, restaurant 10 m, town centre 700 m. For a relaxing holiday, a car is not necessary. Railway station in Fonyód 800 m. In summer: Lake Balaton with beach 900 m in Fonyód (beach 900 m in Fonyód with lawn and sand). Fishing in Fonyód 900 m.

Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window. Separate toilet with WC and window.

Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
Please observe quiet hours, particularly from 22:00 to 08:00.
