Welcome to the holiday apartment "La Casa di Anna" in La Caletta NU, Sardinia! This cozy 45 square meter holiday apartment offers space for up to 6 guests and is equipped with 1 or 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
Included in the price: gas, water, electricity, WIFI, tourist tax, cleaning at the beginning and end of the rental, 1 set of bed linen, 1 hand towel, 1 bath towel per person.
"La Casa di Anna" is the perfect place for a family holiday. The apartment is child-friendly and even offers a baby bed for our youngest guests.
The apartment has a balcony and a terrace, ideal for relaxing evenings with a view of the beautiful Sardinian landscape. A BBQ grill is also available, perfect for cozy barbecue evenings.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning to ensure cool temperatures even in the hottest summer months. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven and a coffee machine, so you can conveniently prepare your own meals.

Ottima scelta
L' appartamento è super fornito e molto pulito. Si raggiungono comodamente a piedi il mare e tutti i servizi. È un ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare le spiagge limitrofe e anche l' entroterra.
In casa non manca davvero nulla, ma il vero valore aggiunto è la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari. Lo consiglio.

Accommodation with great amenities and great hosts
We were at Anna's house in June and felt very comfortable. Check-in was very easy and we were surprised at how well-equipped the apartment is. Especially in the kitchen, everything was available and well-organized. The beds are top-notch and there is enough space for everything you need on vacation. We used the 2 terraces a lot. The area around the house is nice and quiet, and you can be in the city center and at the beach in just a few minutes. We had nice encounters with Tonino and his wife Anna. They were very hospitable. The price-performance ratio is top. You can also use the rooftop terrace and a shower at the entrance to the house after a visit to the beach. The little town of La Caletta is not yet very touristy, which we liked very much, but you can quickly get to other beautiful places. We would love to come back. Helmut and Sabine Willmann from NRW

"Great"
The accommodation is centrally located, 150 meters away there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and shops of every kind. The host is very kind, available, and not intrusive at all; they made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is very spacious, well-equipped, and we lacked nothing! Highly recommended!
