!!! The road through the town and therefore directly in front of the holiday park is currently being renovated, so there may be noise pollution from construction noise!!!
This beautiful holiday apartment on the 1st floor with a cozy living area with a couch corner has a TV/radio and a balcony with garden furniture. From here you can look out over the idyllic village pond of Gollwitz. The open fitted kitchen is equipped with a mini dishwasher, microwave with grill function, refrigerator, 4-plate ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Integrated into the kitchen area is a dining area with chairs. Bathroom with shower/toilet. A bedroom with a double bed 180x200 for 2 people and another bedroom with a 140x200 bed for another person ensure a restful sleep. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating.
There is a parking space at the house.
Coin-operated washing machine and dryer available in the house. Approx. 500 m to the natural beach.
Max. 2 pets allowed! Non-smoking apartment!!!

Wi-Fi and an oven would have been great. The induction cooktop only has sufficient power if no more than two pots or pans are on it at the same time. There's no lamp above the countertop. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom almost new, and overall everything was very dog-friendly.

The apartment was very well equipped and clean. We lacked nothing. Particularly nice was the bookshelf in the hallway.

Overall, everything was very good and we were very satisfied. We are not used to having to pay extra for towels. Unfortunately, there was not enough toilet paper, garbage bags, and soap available. However, it did not make our stay any worse. On the contrary, everything was top-notch. Those are just small details.
