In our lovingly designed, private vacation apartment, you should feel comfortable. It's an ideal starting point for your activities in the Upper Middle Rhine (UNESCO World Heritage site).
The apartment is located on the ground floor and is accessible for seniors. It has a beautiful courtyard with a covered seating area. The apartment includes a bedroom/living room with a double bed and a reading/TV corner, a fully equipped kitchen with stove and oven, a dining area and a shower room. From the kitchen, you can access the idyllic courtyard with a covered seating area under grapevines, for your exclusive use.
The final cleaning, bed linen/towels and a parking space are included in the rental price, and you can optionally use our free guest Wi-Fi.
Our vacation apartment can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights. The day of arrival and the time of arrival can be individually arranged. If you are arriving with bicycles, the bikes will be safely stored in our courtyard.

Just outside Koblenz lies Urbar (approx. 2 km from Koblenz). A small village in the VG Vallendar with the beautiful Besselich monastery estate. The village borders on Koblenz-Ehrenbreitstein, the historic district on the right bank of the Rhine, opposite the 'DEUTSCHE ECK'.
A short walk will take you to Ehrenbreitstein Fortress with access to the 'Rheinsteig' and various routes to the 'Traumpfaden'. Whether you want to hike or plan a cycle tour - visit our beautiful region with its numerous castles and palaces along the Rhine, Moselle and Lahn. Get to know our idyllic wine villages with their convivial wine festivals. Experience 'Rhine in Flames' on the 2nd weekend in August.

Cancellation: If you are unable to take your planned vacation, you may cancel at any time by submitting a written statement or by email. For cancellations up to 7 days before the start of the rental period, we charge 30% of the rental price, but at least a processing fee of €50.00. For cancellations after the 7th day before the start of the rental period, 70% of the total rental price is due. However, you have the option to provide a substitute tenant.
