The holiday home is a terraced house, practically furnished in the typical local style. The residence is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location on the edge of the forest. Available for use: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Postira. The holiday home is located on a 50 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The house is equipped with solar panels that provide electricity. It is forbidden to use smaller appliances that are energy-intensive. The facility is connected to the water network and there are no restrictions on the use of water. The bathroom and outdoor shower can use 50 litres of hot water heated by solar energy. Access is via a side road (rubble or gravel). Parking is available on the street in front of the house.

Electric heating. Television reception is via cable.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.
Hygiene measures: protective masks, disinfectant and final cleaning with disinfection. Regional health guidelines are observed.

Cooking nook in the living room with dining area (2 seats), gas stove (2 flames) and fridge. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin and WC.
