Description
Welcome to the boarding house Penzion Zaječí důl in Mníšek - Fojtka! This charming accommodation can accommodate up to 13 guests in a 120 square metre living area with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The house is equipped with a variety of amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. These include a cosy fireplace to keep you warm on cold evenings. Bed linen is also provided, so you don't have to worry about bringing your own.
The kitchen is equipped with modern cupboards and a worktop that offers plenty of space for cooking. A tap and sink are also provided. All bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a mirror.
For long-term tenants, this accommodation is ideal, a long-term rental is possible here. Please note that the house is exclusively for non-smokers and offers a low-allergen environment.
The boarding house is also suitable for mechanics as it is close to various workplaces.
The accommodation is surrounded by a beautiful natural landscape, which can be seen in the photos. Enjoy the view of the mountains, the green of the trees and the blue of the sky directly from your window.

Mníšek - Fojtka is an idyllic village in the Czech Republic in the beautiful nature of the Jizera Mountains. A combination of rustic and modern facilities in the solitude of the forest. A place where you can recharge your batteries. The region's own wine cellar with wines from Moravian winemakers. In our neighbourhood you can visit the golf course and the Fojtka dam or explore the Jizera Mountains on foot or by bike in all directions.
Free parking at the guest house. Number of parking spaces 8, very good accessibility by car.
Deposit and cancellation conditions to be agreed with the owner.
A pizza oven is available in the building. It is also possible to order a tasting of Moravian wines in the wine cellar of at least 4 people.
Upon agreement, it is also possible to order food for you on the day of arrival.

Very nice short vacation
Very nice landlord. House well equipped, nothing is missing. Very quiet location. Outdoor area invites you to linger. We had a great stay there. We would love to come back.

Great holiday home
We were with six adults and six children in the holiday accommodation, which we could use entirely for ourselves. Everything was as described, very clean and tastefully furnished. The hosts were really nice and helpful, and the fireplace was always heated for us. The location is idyllic, in the middle of nature. You could toboggan and walk right in front of the house. Absolutely recommendable!

Family vacation
We were at the accommodation with 9 people and a dog over Christmas and New Year and were very enthusiastic. Besides the chilled beer upon arrival, there was also coffee from the host and delicious homemade cookies.
*About the furnishings:*
It is a very nice and newly designed accommodation with space for 13 guests spread over 3 rooms. These are newly renovated and clean upon arrival. The largest room accommodates up to 6 people (one double bed, one sofa bed, and 2 mattresses in the loft), the second room upstairs is relatively small and offers 3 sleeping places (one single bed and 2 mattresses in the loft), and the third room on the ground floor is very spacious and can host 4 people (one double bed and one sofa bed). On the ground floor, there are also communal areas like the kitchen, dining room, and the lounge with a stove. All rooms are tastefully decorated without appearing cluttered. There is no radio or television in the house, making it a very nice place to turn your back on the digital world for a while. Wi-Fi is available and stable for everyday use. The kitchen is equipped with everything one might need. There is a microwave, a coffee machine for bean coffee, a stove with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, small freezer, dishwasher, and everything else one might need. Dishes and cutlery are sufficiently available.
*Outdoor area:*
On the outdoor grounds, there is a beautiful terrace, additionally another covered terrace, a small playground, and the wine cellar. It was too cold for us to use, but for other seasons, it is definitely a very nice place to relax. The area is not fenced, and there are direct paths to the adjacent fields and forests. The surroundings are very suitable for hiking and excursions, especially with dogs. There are few tourists around, and it's otherwise nicely secluded.

Enchanting and Pure Relaxation
This stunning house exudes a very cozy and warm atmosphere. One simply feels comfortable, as there is enough space and cozy-rustic nooks, like the fireplace room. The kitchen offers everything one needs. We cooked extensively every day and then dined in the cozy dining room with very stylish furnishings, spending a long time together. Even with three small children (3, 3, 5 years old), everyday life in this house with a garden, sandbox, swing, sand toys, and an extra building with a complete table and seating options was a dream.
What struck us very positively was that there is a separate bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower for each sleeping area. Everything is new.
The beds are very comfortable, and the bedding is nice and warm and very pretty.
The house is beautifully decorated for the autumn season. There is also plenty of storage space in the sleeping areas for clothes, suitcases, shoes, and jackets.
The evening games by the fireplace (which was always heated and warm) are also a wonderful space for all of us after dinner. Drinking wine, playing cards, fireplace. What more could you want…
The wine tasting is excellent, simply delicious!
The outdoor surroundings are beautifully situated with a small stream and a forest behind it. My 3-year-old son was delighted. Thank you very much for the great time.
