Modern, fully air-conditioned pool villa for up to 6 people with private 3 x 8 m pool, large garden, trampoline, and hanging swing – ideal for families, couples, and friends seeking relaxation and privacy in Istria.

Villa Valeo is located in the quiet village of Kunj and offers everything for a relaxing holiday. The house features 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bright living and dining area with a pull-out sofa bed for two additional guests.

For maximum comfort, the entire house is air-conditioned. Each bedroom has its own air conditioner, and an additional air conditioner in the living area ensures pleasant temperatures even on hot summer days. The private outdoor area invites you to relax: Enjoy sunny vacation days at the 3 x 8 meter pool (150 cm deep), relax on the sun loungers, or spend cozy barbecue evenings on the covered terrace. Children will enjoy the trampoline and the hanging swing in the spacious garden.

House, garden, and pool are of course available exclusively for your private use.

The villa is located only about 15 minutes from Labin. There you will find supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, shopping opportunities as well as the charming historic old town. The popular beaches of Rabac with their crystal-clear water can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.

Kunj is a quiet and relaxing place and only 20 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches in Rabac. With just 15 minutes by car you can reach the center of Labin. In Labin itself you will find numerous large grocery stores, many restaurants, bars, shopping centers and shopping opportunities. There is also a medical center in Labin and the market hall for buying regional farm products. The historic old town is also only a 20-minute drive away and a visit is definitely worthwhile.
