Heritage Villa Croc is located in the idyllic atmosphere of the interior of Istria, near the town of Buje. This rustic stone villa has been completely renovated. It has been embellished with many modern elements, but it has preserved the original character that is reflected in the stone walls and wooden beams. There are also classic blue shutters that remind you of the sea, which is not close, but not far either. The villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people.

The interior of the villa is 70 m² and consists of 2 floors - the ground floor and the 1st floor. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with 6 seats. The kitchen is modern-rustic, with wooden elements that can be seen in antique kitchens. In addition to the aesthetics, you will certainly be attracted by the numerous modern appliances that will greatly facilitate the preparation of meals. All rooms are air-conditioned.

Going up the stairs you will reach the 1st floor where there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1 bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while 1 bedroom has 2 single beds. If you are planning an intimate vacation with your family, this arrangement will be ideal. The bathrooms are modern and equipped with walk-in showers.

In the courtyard of the villa, there is a long terrace with an outdoor dining area and a wood-burning barbecue. This is an ideal place to gather with family or friends and enjoy good food and wine. And since the terrace is covered, you can enjoy it regardless of the weather. In the courtyard you will be greeted by a swimming pool with sun loungers, as well as a beautifully maintained Mediterranean garden that blends in perfectly with the beautiful surrounding greenery.
