Villa Marijanin Vrt is located near the charming Istrian village of Tinjan. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. If you are dreaming of a perfect summer holiday, look no further - the 35 m² outdoor pool with sun loungers (6 in total) and the luxurious green garden will provide you with everything you need to get away from everyday worries and the hustle and bustle of the city.

Villa Marijanin Vrt is 260 m² and consists of an open plan area. There is a traditionally decorated kitchen with a large dining table and a living room with a relaxation area and a pool table. The kitchen is fully equipped and the overall space is ideal for a family get-together. Both rooms overlook the garden with swimming pool, so if you are holidaying with children, you can prepare meals without interruption while they play carefree under your supervision. Each room is air-conditioned, and the stone-clad walls add freshness on hot summer days. There is a fireplace in the living room and central heating for colder days. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.

The 1st floor of the villa has 3 bedrooms, each with access to a balcony. Two of the bedrooms have access to a common spacious balcony with a place to sit and relax.
