This newly built holiday home, completed in 2024, is located in Agger and accommodates up to 8 guests. The house features 4 bedrooms (2 with double beds and 2 with single beds) and 2 bathrooms, making it ideal for families or small groups looking for space and comfort. The home offers modern amenities including a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a smart TV for your own streaming services, Wi-Fi, washing machine, tumble dryer, and underfloor heating throughout. Outside, you'll find a spacious terrace with sun loungers, a gas grill, a wood-fired hot tub for 4 people, and a private sauna — perfect for relaxing after a day in nature. Situated near the North Sea and within reach of Flade Lake and Thy National Park, the house offers excellent opportunities for hiking and enjoying the beautiful Danish landscape. This is a non-smoking house and is not rented to youth or work groups, ensuring a quiet and restful atmosphere.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub. Das Ferienhaus ist relativ neu, Einrichtung etc. im Top Zustand. Die Außenanlage müsste noch etwas schicker (Wildwuchs Bäume zum Nachbarhaus sieht etwas chaotisch aus) hergerichtet werden. Empfehlungen: Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub.
