The holiday home impresses with its modern architecture as a new building, an open and light-flooded design, as well as excellent insulation that ensures a very pleasant quietness in the house. The property and the location in Agger also offer a wonderfully relaxing environment, which is why we have booked the house again for next year. The absolute highlights include the sauna and the wood-fired hot tub on the terrace, which enhance the vacation even on cooler days. Despite the modern overall impression, there are some structural and functional deficiencies that detract from comfort and should be addressed: In the kitchen area, the floor in front of the dishwasher is slightly swollen, and the front panel of the appliance is already coming loose. Also noticeable is the very low cold water pressure in the kitchen and in the second bathroom. In both bathrooms, an unpleasant, foul smell emanates from the floor drains while showering. Furthermore, the shower curtain is too short, causing the floor to become inevitably wet during normal use. In rainy weather, moisture entered through the closed front door. The interior doors to the master bedroom and the rear left bedroom stick noticeably in the frame, which not only makes closing difficult but is likely to lead to unnecessary wear on the door leaves over time. The tabletop of the small coffee table shows a noticeable damage, and several buttons on the TV remote no longer function reliably. Conclusion: A bright, quiet, and wonderfully designed vacation home that would be perfect overall with proper repair of these issues.
