Cosy and modern: that's our holiday home!
4 people and a toddler/baby can be accommodated here on 75 m² with Internet/WLAN, large LCD TV with cable TV & Blu-Ray and south-west facing terrace.
The living and dining area on the ground floor has been completely renovated and refurnished. It is bright and flooded with light thanks to a bay window with 3 windows and 3 large patio doors. The kitchen is modernly equipped (microwave, dishwasher, etc.) and has new crockery and cutlery.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a daylight bathroom with shower and WC.
The south-west facing terrace is sheltered and has new garden furniture and sun loungers.
The house also has a storage room for bicycles (2 aluminium bicycles are available and can be booked at a reasonable price).

The holiday home is located close to the beach and quietly on the edge of a holiday home development in the immediate vicinity of the multi-water wave pool. There is no through traffic.
Several beautiful jogging and Nordic walking trails start directly behind the house.
The distance to the North Sea beach is approx. 600m and to the Hooksmeer with marina approx. 400m. There is a wide range of leisure activities on offer here. A bakery, a kiosk, a bicycle hire shop and a restaurant are only approx. 100m away. 2 public e-charging stations directly opposite.

Very beautiful holiday home
We were in August as a family in the holiday home. It is lovingly furnished and was really very clean upon arrival. We felt comfortable right away. The contact with the landlords was always quick and very accommodating. Due to the fairly central location, it was also not a problem for the children to reach everything on foot or by bike with us. We can only highly recommend the house and would book again at any time.
