Die sehr nette Schwester des Eigentümers hat uns in Empfang genommen und uns den Weg zum Haus gewiesen, sie übernahm am Ende des Urlaubs auch die Schlüssel wieder. Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei und prompt über WhatsApp. Das Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe direkt neben der Küstenstraße mit wunderbarem Blick auf Acciaroli und die Küste gen Norden. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig. Man erreicht das Haus über eine schmale Straße mit einer SEHR steilen Rampe. Darauf sollte in der Beschreibung verwiesen werden. Uns fiel auf, dass die in der Objektbeschreibung enthaltenen Fotos veraltet sind. Vor der Eingangstür befindet sich inzwischen über die gesamte Länge des Hauses eine Bedachung, sodass man zu jeder Tageszeit im Schatten sitzen kann. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren einwandfrei, wobei die im Schlafzimmer mit dem Doppel- und Kinderbett relativ laut ist und sich zwischendurch abschaltet und geräuschvoll wieder an. Wir haben das dann so gelöst, dass wir alle Türen offenstehen ließen und nachts die Klimaanlage in der Küche laufen ließen. So ließ es sich sehr gut schlafen. Die Betten verfügen über Matratzen mit dem maximalen Härtegrad (für Seitenschläfer ggf. schwierig), auch hierauf könnte u. E. in der Objektbeschreibung verwiesen werden. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Das Objekt war sehr sauber und ist mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet, auch an der Eingangstür, was uns sehr entgegenkam. Sehr genossen habe ich die äußerst bequemen Sonnenliegen und den Blick in den sehr gepflegten Garten mit Palmen und blühenden Büschen. Acciaroli ist zauberhaft. Unten im Hafen gibt es ein supergutes Café namens "Meeting", was sehr empfehlenswert ist und diverse Gebäcke sowie köstliche Eissorten anbietet. Besuchen Sie montags den Wochenmarkt, es gibt viel zu entdecken. Der Strand von Acciaroli ist wunderbar und langgestreckt und während unseres Aufenthalts Ende Juni gab es an der Küstenstraße regelmäßig noch freie Parkplätze. Insgesamt verbrachten wir eine sehr erholsame Woche im Cilento und können die Villa Belvedere unter Berücksichtigung der oben genannten Punkte durchaus weiterempfehlen.

Beautiful house in a quiet location with an extremely beautiful view of the sea and also into the hilly landscape. Relaxation guaranteed. Very accommodating, always reachable landlords. At temperatures over 30 degrees, the outdoor shower is a blessing. The house view in the brochure is now outdated; there is a practical covered veranda. Two weeks of perfect vacation for us older folks. Thank you.

Great location, clean, well-maintained surroundings, the mattress is way too hard. Nice reception by the owner's sister. One of the sun loungers was unusable due to a broken connection screw. We reported this to the owner on the second day, the response was "I will arrange for a quick repair," unfortunately, nothing happened. The TV could not be used due to the lack of an instruction manual - please in English. Overall, still positive.

We really enjoyed our time at Villa Belvedere. For anyone who loves nature and tranquility, it is a wonderful place. In April, it was still a bit cold, and we had to use the air conditioning several times or hot water bottles. A kettle would be quite helpful for that. Also, an armchair would make the interior a bit cozier on colder days. However, we felt very comfortable. Cilento is a fantastic hiking region and has a lot to offer culturally - also a culinary poem. Many thanks to Donato, our host, who, even though we did not see him in person, was always available via email for our questions.

It was beautiful! The highlight was definitely the outdoor shower, but the grill was also very advantageous. We didn't miss anything else. Our few interactions with the landlord were very, very nice and helpful. The view was stunning. We also had nocturnal visitors: wild boars!, but they didn’t come through the gate except for the piglets. Geckos as fly catchers, cats as costumed guests... It was beautiful!!!!!

We booked the accommodation for two weeks in June and were completely satisfied. Donato is a very friendly and attentive host, who was always reachable for us via WhatsApp. The house is located on a quiet hill. You have a sea view at the front and a great panorama of the mountain landscape at the back. The garden is really nice and the furnishings of the house are completely adequate. One drawback for tall people: My husband is 1.90m and could barely fit in the bed. Otherwise, the furnishings were very good. The path to the house is quite steep, but you can reach the town center of Acciaroli in about a 20-minute walk. The beach in Acciaroli is dreamlike, with a shallow and beautifully sandy water access. Acciaroli is not overcrowded with tourists in June and offers a great opportunity to experience authentic Italy. We will definitely come back!
