The house is located in a cul-de-sac, 2 minutes on foot from the lake and 5 minutes on foot from the old town of Malcesine, shops, and the cable car to Monte Baldo. It has a large garden equipped with tables, chairs, deckchairs, and sun umbrellas. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living kitchen with bed, bathroom with shower, toilet, and bidet. Larger apartments for up to four people are also available on request. Parking spaces for cars are available on the property.

Location and surroundings of object
If you want to leave your car behind during your holidays, this is the place for you. The lake is only a few steps away, so you only need a towel to go swimming. Also for excursions by boat or by cable car up into the mountains, you only need a few minutes to get there. From the house/garden you have a direct view to the Scaliger castle. A small Spar shop or bakery in the immediate vicinity provides the daily breakfast rolls and whatever else is needed. Since the house is located in a dead-end street, traffic is limited to residents/vendors. The picturesque village is dominated by a mighty Skaliger castle. It towers over the medieval town centre with its small squares, vaulted passageways and bumpy cobblestone paths, almost all of which lead to the old harbour.
South of it begins the beautiful lakeside promenade, along which you can walk to the lushly overgrown Val di Sogno peninsula - past several lovely bathing spots. To the north of the town there are several small beaches (no sandy beach)
A cable car runs from Malcesine to Tratto Spino, a 1760-metre peak on Monte Baldo. Up here you have a fabulous view of the lake embedded in mountain ranges. The mountain station is the ideal starting point for hikes or mountain bike tours in the huge mountain massif. Paragliders also take off from here.

Cancellation terms:
In the event of a cancellation less than three months before the start of the trip, the entire deposit is forfeited. Exceptions are if there is a quarantine obligation in the region of Province of Verona during the travel period, or if there is a quarantine obligation upon return to the home country due to the stay in Italy. In this case, the entire deposit, minus a processing fee of €20, will be refunded.

Oasis of well-being
We stayed with Daniela for a total of 22 days for the first time in July/August 2017!
A very nice, helpful and friendly hostess. A chic, very clean property
Property, which is kept in perfect condition by Daniela.
The location is almost perfect, beach and town "on the doorstep"!
The apartments are also sufficiently furnished, totally clean and in an absolutely holiday-ready, clean living condition. If you can do without TV, if you want to have a real holiday,
you can't miss Via Paina 4 A, Mrs. D. Stuhler-Priori's place.
We say thank you very much, dear Daniela, for the wonderful time and will be back in 2018,
as agreed!

Great location and very nice landlady.
We were surprised at how quiet it was in this location, especially inside the house itself. The location is ideal, as it is very close to the lake and the village center. We were always out and about on our bicycles. Other trips were also possible without a car, as taking the bus, ferry, or cable car worked great. The landlady is very accommodating and helps in every situation. We will definitely come back.

in 1954, my grandparents started a campsite from their agricultural land and rented out some rooms. My mother, then 17 years old, supported them. Shortly before my mother got married, my uncle took over the campsite. My grandmother and my mother continued to rent out the rooms. A house with flats was built, which my mother rented out until her death in 1997. Since then, the rentals have been in the third generation .
