Ground floor apartment of 50 square meters, consisting of full kitchen, dining room, living room with satellite TV and sofa bed, bathroom, 2 bedrooms one with double bed and one with two single beds (sheets, towels for all guests included in the price)
Each apartment has a garden with table, chairs, umbrella and deckchairs.
Apartment with heating, available to guests a private parking space in the parking lot inside the structure with surveillance cameras. In the garden there is a Grill, a solarium with deckchairs and sunbeds and a heated swimming pool. Newly built in a quiet location, the property is surrounded by a park of olive trees on the road Panoramic above Malcesine, offers a beautiful view of Lake Garda and the chain of Monte Baldo
Only 1 km from the middle station of the Monte Baldo cable car and 5 km from the historic centre of Malcesine, it is ideally located for hiking and biking. To reach the Scaliger castle and the historic centre of Malcesine, in addition to the Panoramic road, there are various paths that can be travelled on foot or by bicycle. Nearby there are Agritur and Restaurant where you can taste typical local dishes with a view of the lake.

SUPER accommodation!!!!
We have relaxed and enjoyed our two weeks of vacation here very much. It is a quiet location with a view of many olive trees and Lake Garda. The olive oil from the landlord is also highly recommended. On foot, you can walk to the town of Malcesine via a narrow path just behind the property, 1 km away - however, the path was very steep and challenging for us flatlanders. The landlords were very accommodating, helpful, and provided many tips. The bread service from the landlord allowed us to wake up peacefully and enjoy the tranquility. The middle station of the cable car is also easy to reach on foot. The view from Monte Baldo was a dream and there are great hiking opportunities. WE WILL GLADLY COME AGAIN!!! Very happy to do it again !!!
We were greeted in a very friendly manner and the flat was ready for occupancy by noon. Everything we needed was there, the view from the balcony was wonderful and the whole complex was designed with love and passion. Top cleanliness. The journey via the Via Panoramica is a bit adventurous - because the road is a bit narrow - but you get used to it in no time. Giulio was always available for questions and tips. We would gladly spend our holiday here again at any time!

Dreamlike holiday
On arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Giulio and provided with good tips. The flat was very spacious and very clean, everything was in top condition. The entire complex / including the pool / is in top condition. We felt very comfortable and had a great holiday, we will be happy to come back

Beautiful facility on Lake Garda - we will gladly come again!
Giulio welcomed us very friendly, showed us everything and gave us helpful tips. The flat was large, very clean and well furnished. We had a nice balcony with a view of the lake and the mountains. We were out and about a lot with the bikes we brought (e-bikes, makes it easier) and only used the car once for bulk shopping. In the afternoons we often enjoyed the (heated; was not necessary for us at all) pool, many times we were even alone. There is a safe, an electric gate and we felt safe at all times. Giulio lives next door and provided us with up-to-date information (also about the return journey). Grazie Giulio! We had a very nice time there, met nice people and enjoyed the time very much.

Luxury complex on a hillside facing Monte Baldo, above Malcesine, oasis of tranquillity
A small, well-kept dream holiday apartment complex awaits you with only 5 flats and all the extras necessary for a relaxing holiday. Super clean pool area, table football, table tennis and a great holiday flat with all the necessary things for a holiday home. In addition, there is the super German-speaking and advising owner, who is quickly on hand to answer any questions. We found a place of peace here, so that we could still visit all the places on Lake Garda and still come back to our oasis in the evening. We would like to come back again and again.

Eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in traumhafter Lage.
Sehr schöne moderne und gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung im schönen Ferienort Malcesine. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles ist vorhanden vom Außen- beheizten Pool bis zum gesicherten Parkplatz mit automatischen Türöffner. Balkon mit Sicht auf den Gardasee.
