Description
Discover the beautiful holiday home Haus Henri in Wieringerwerf, North Holland. With 120 square metres of living space, our holiday home can accommodate up to 8 guests. It has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, all equipped with modern conveniences.
The house is surrounded by a breathtaking natural landscape, which you can enjoy from the terrace. The terrace is equipped with a barbecue, ideal for summer evenings. The garden is spacious and invites you to relax. A wallbox is available for electric cars.
Inside the house, you will find a cosy living area with a fireplace to keep you warm on chilly evenings. There is also a sauna where you can relax after a long day. The kitchen is equipped with a modern kitchenette, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine.
The house also offers a range of amenities for our youngest guests, including a cot and high chair. For your entertainment, there is a television and free Wi-Fi. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available.
The house is equipped with comfortable furniture and offers a bright and friendly atmosphere. Bed linen is provided and there are also bicycles that you can use for excursions in the surrounding area.
Please note that the house is non-smoking. It is equipped with an iron and a hairdryer.

Our holiday home is located on a man-made island behind the Den Oever marina directly in the Ijsselmeer.
You can enjoy the sunrise with a view of the marina on the front terrace, and end the day on the back terrace with a picturesque sunset in the Ijsselmeer.

Not only will the exceptional and very beautiful location of the house with direct water access remain in your memory, but also the features such as the sauna. Our loft bed in one of the upstairs bedrooms is especially popular. A 75-inch smart TV in the living room and three 43-inch smart TVs in the bedrooms complete the offer. There is a bar cabinet in the living room. The modern kitchen is of high quality and equipped with many comforts.

Absolutely dreamy holiday home with an even more amazing location.
The holiday home Henry is truly dreamily beautiful. It is extremely well equipped, very lovingly furnished, and clean. The location is unbeatable, and the dock with direct water access adds the finishing touch. Both children and dogs are really welcome here. The completely fenced garden and the 2 terraces complete the perfect vacation. The landlords are very friendly and very accessible. We will definitely come back to this little paradise again. Thank you from the heart, Huesmann family.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect feel-good house for relaxing and enjoying!
We had a wonderful stay in this well-maintained holiday home. It is located in a very quiet marina and is the ideal place to relax.
The house & the amenities:
Highlights: Two great terraces (front with a view of the sailboats, back with a well-kept garden, outdoor sofa, and private bathing dock with a ladder).
Comfort: As a "back patient" at 1.93 m, I slept excellently in the beds. Plenty of closet space and a large bathroom complete the feel-good package. A well-maintained sauna and a Weber grill (both unused by us) are also available.
For hobby cooks: The kitchen is above average well-equipped (sharp knives, many pots, modern oven).
Location & surroundings:
The town can be reached in 3–4 minutes by car (large Deka supermarket, few restaurants mostly open Wed–Sun). In the marina itself, there is a restaurant (Fri–Sun from 6 PM).
Tip: Delicious kibbelinge can be found at Vis van Hafenzicht at the harbor (nice walk with the dog, approx. 2.8 km) and surprisingly also at the Avia gas station. Charging is actually fun.
E-mobility: Perfect! Sufficient 11 kW stations directly at the marina (usable with BMW/EnBW) and a 120 kW fast charger at the Avia gas station (3 min. away).
Excursions (approx. 30 min. drive):
Highly recommended are the historic town of Hoorn for shopping and indulging, as well as the wide sandy beach in Callantsoog (very dog-friendly, several beach pavilions/My favorite: Woest). Conclusion: Absolute recommendation for everyone who values peace and comfort. We will gladly return!

3 Generation Vacation in Holland with Dog
Our vacation in Holland was simply beautiful and remains a wonderful memory. Upon arrival, we immediately felt at home: The house is not only tastefully furnished but also equipped to the highest standard down to the smallest detail. We really lacked for nothing – everything needed for a relaxing stay was available. Our dog Balou was also well taken care of. We would especially like to highlight the sauna, which provided pure relaxation and elevated the vacation to a whole different level. After long walks or excursions, it was simply perfect. The quiet location and cozy atmosphere also contributed to our complete unwinding. You can tell that a lot of value is placed on quality and comfort here. Overall, a completely successful stay – we would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend this accommodation!

A place where both young and old feel comfortable.
We spent four days over New Year's with two families, a total of four adults and three children, in this beautiful holiday home and were completely thrilled. The children loved the house and felt very comfortable from the very beginning, which was a special plus for us.
The house is designed with a lot of love and radiates a very cozy, warm atmosphere. It is extremely well-maintained, clean, and well-equipped, so you feel comfortable from the very first moment. Just over New Year's, it was the perfect place to relax and spend time together.
The quiet location and pleasant atmosphere rounded off our stay perfectly. The communication with the hostess was also very friendly and uncomplicated.
We can wholeheartedly recommend the house and would love to come back.

Das Haus & die Ausstattung:
Highlights: Zwei tolle Terrassen (vorne mit Blick auf die Segelboote, hinten mit gepflegtem Garten, Außensofa und eigenem Badesteg samt Badeleiter).
Komfort: Als „Rückenpatient“ mit 1,93 m habe ich in den Betten hervorragend geschlafen. Viel Schrankplatz und ein großes Badezimmer runden das Wohlfühlpaket ab. Eine gepflegte Sauna und ein Weber-Grill (Beides von uns ungenutzt) sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Für Hobbyköche: Die Küche ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet (scharfe Messer, viele Töpfe, moderner Ofen).
Lage & Umgebung:
Der Ort ist in 3–4 Autominuten erreichbar (großer Deka-Supermarkt, wenige Restaurants meist Mi–So geöffnet). In der Marina selbst gibt es ein Restaurant (Fr–So ab 18 Uhr).
Tipp: Leckere Kibbelinge gibt es bei Vis van Hafenzicht am Hafen (schöner Spaziergang mit Hund, ca. 2,8 km) und überraschenderweise auch an der Avia-Tankstelle. Da macht die Ladung glatt Spaß.
E-Mobilität: Perfekt! Ausreichend 11-kW-Säulen direkt an der Marina (nutzbar mit BMW/EnBW) und ein 120-kW-Schnelllader an der Avia-Tankstelle (3 Min. entfernt).
Ausflüge (ca. 30 Min. Fahrt):
Sehr zu empfehlen sind das historische Städtchen Hoorn zum Shoppen und Schlemmen sowie der breite Sandstrand in Callantsoog (sehr hundefreundlich, Mehrere Strandpavillons/Mein Favorit: Woest).
Fazit: Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Ruhe und Komfort schätzen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Sauna, die für pure Erholung gesorgt hat und den Urlaub noch einmal auf ein ganz anderes Level gehoben hat. Nach langen Spaziergängen oder Ausflügen war das einfach perfekt.
Auch die ruhige Lage und die gemütliche Atmosphäre haben dazu beigetragen, dass wir komplett abschalten konnten. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität und Komfort gelegt wird.
Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!
Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe gestaltet und strahlt ein sehr gemütliches, warmes Ambiente aus. Es ist äußerst gepflegt, sauber und bestens ausgestattet, sodass man sich vom ersten Moment an wohlfühlt. Gerade über Silvester war es der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen und für gemeinsame Zeit.
Die ruhige Lage und die angenehme Atmosphäre haben unseren Aufenthalt ideal abgerundet. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.
Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Das Haus ist bis ins Detail durchdacht, wunderschön eingerichtet und auf einem Standard, den man selten findet. Alles wirkt mit so viel Herz und Geschmack gestaltet, dass man sich sofort zuhause fühlt.
Unser Hund war genauso glücklich wie wir morgens raus, frische Luft, abends gemütlich auf der Terrasse. Auch die Gastgeberin war unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam. Man spürt, dass ihr viel daran liegt, dass sich die Gäste wirklich wohlfühlen.
Wir haben uns rundum erholt und kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Ich kann es einfach nur empfehlen und sagen danke an Frau Huesmann für die tolle Kommunikation.
Wir waren mit drei Generationen (6 Erwachsene, 1 Kleinkind, 1 Hund) zu Gast und haben das Haus und die sehr schöne und ruhige Umgebung des Hafens und direkt am Wasser genossen.
Haus ist top gepflegt und sehr sauber.
Auch die Buchung sowie Anfragen wurden immer dirkt in kürzester Zeit beantwortet und es war völlig unkompliziert. Sehr schöne Tipps für Ausflüge etc von der netten Vermieterin vorher erhalten.
Wer Ruhe und Wasser in einem exquisiten Haus genießen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.
Wir kommen sicher wieder!
