New, comfortable holiday home in Stepnica. At guests' disposal: living room, bedroom, perfectly equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, second additional toilet. The house is surrounded by a beautiful, large, developed garden with a pond. Guests also have a parking space, garden furniture and a grill.

Guests with small dogs are welcome. The owner, who also has a small dog, lives on the same property.

Stepnica is a real paradise for lovers of nature, peace and quiet, as well as enthusiasts of active recreation both on water and on land. On the one hand, the vast forests of the Goleniowska Forest, and on the other - the Szczecin Lagoon, perfect for water tourism. Tourists can enjoy: developed bathing areas, dozens of kilometers of hiking and cycling trails, marinas and equipment rentals, and above all, extremely rich natural values. The largest population of white-tailed eagles in Poland and one of the largest in Europe is located here.

Our stay at the holiday home in Stepnica was delightful! The garden is simply beautiful, and we loved relaxing on the sun loungers, The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

Our little house had everything one could wish for. The property is large, beautifully landscaped and well-maintained, thanks to Mrs. Margolzata, our landlady, who also lives on the property with her little Yorkshire dog (16). Our dog could run freely since the entire property is fenced. Mrs. M. is friendly and humorous, and although we speak neither Polish nor Dutch, we always understood each other. We were lucky to inaugurate the hot tub during these insanely hot days. I have two wishes for this apartment. The table outside the house needs a parasol; otherwise, it can only be used in the morning and evening. The mattresses of the bedroom bed are very worn/soft. Our backs did not like that. The TV did not work at all during the first few days (and that during the World Cup). Mrs. M tried to get a craftsman, but in the end, it didn't work out properly until the end, but we were able to receive Amazon and Netflix. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the days, a quiet, relaxing vacation. We advise bringing books, games, and the usual devices, especially with children, as you won't find anything else in Stepnica and the surrounding area. You can sit nicely and eat well at the Taverna Panorama. Then there is also the Smazalnia Ryb. Fresh fish, which we ate abundantly... highly recommended.
