Welcome to our beautiful holiday home in the Mansfelder Land lake area, Seeburg district. Our holiday home offers space for up to 6 guests in 110 square metres of living space, spread over a living room, kitchen, reading room, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A travel cot and high chair are available for small children.
The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the lake (approx. 200 metres). The house was completely renovated a few years ago and meets today's standards. There is a car park for 2 cars on the property. Bicycles can be parked in the building. There are 4 bicycles of different types available, which can be used free of charge.
Inside you will find a cosy living room with a comfortable couch, TV, HIFI system and DVD player. Books and board games are also available.
The eat-in kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, bread slicer, toaster, etc.. The extendable dining table invites you to enjoy meals together.
The bedrooms are comfortably furnished, with bed linen and plenty of storage space, the two larger rooms have a TV. The smaller single rooms are anterooms to the 2-bed rooms. A cot and high chair are available for our younger guests.
Children up to 2 years stay free of charge.
The bathrooms are modern, each with a shower, washbasin and WC (shower towels and hand towels are provided). A washing machine, iron and hairdryer are also available.
The house has free WLAN. Please note that the holiday home is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed.

Location and surroundings of object
Seeburg is a small village in the Mansfelder Land lake district, on the eastern shore of the Süßen See lake. The village is located between Halle (Saale) and Lutherstadt Eisleben.
The holiday home is located directly at the entrance to the village, after a right-hand bend towards the village centre on the right-hand side. The eye-catching yellow/light grey colour scheme and the iron gate make the house easy to spot.

Cozy, great furnishings, leaves nothing to be desired.
