Welcome to our holiday home Monte y Mar, idyllically situated in Benissa-Montemar on the Costa Blanca. This charming house offers space for up to 6 guests on 170 square metres of living space. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ideal for families or groups of friends. As the house has 2 lifts, it is also ideal for people who are less able to walk. The house is newly equipped with solar panels to provide it with sustainable energy.
The Montemar urbanisation is located close to the coastal road from Moraira to Calpe. Stroll through the weekly markets in Moraira or Calpe or enjoy a tapaz with a nice glass of wine in the small bay of El Portet. Calpe offers you fantastic large sandy beaches, ideal for families with children. Enjoy the marvellous view from the Peñón de Ifach over Calpe to Benidorm on a hiking tour. The many restaurants along the coast offer something for every taste.
The centrepiece of the house is the spacious outdoor area with a magnificent swimming pool, surrounded by palm trees and lush countryside. Relax on the comfortable sun loungers or enjoy an al fresco meal by the pool. The outdoor area also offers a cosy seating area under a pergola, ideal for relaxing afternoons or convivial evenings.
Inside, you will find a spacious living area with a cosy fireplace, which creates a warm and inviting atmosphere on cooler evenings. The air conditioning ensures a pleasant indoor climate all year round. 50 inch TV with SAT TV (also Dutch programmes) Internet connection with 300 Mb, streaming possible with your own stick.
The fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need to prepare meals, including a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. A large dining table provides ample space for shared meals.
The house is also equipped with a television, washing machine and iron. All rooms are lovingly and stylishly furnished with great attention to detail. Due to the quiet residential area and the non-smoking policy, this house is the perfect place for a relaxing and restful holiday.

Cancellation terms:
Here is the translation to English: If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for the rented property at the agreed date, regardless of the reason, they must inform the landlord immediately. A telephone notification is not sufficient. The cancellation must be communicated to the landlord in written form (email). Upon conclusion of the rental agreement, the tenant shall pay the landlord 10% of the rental price within 7 days. The remaining amount must be paid 4 weeks before the start of the rental period. A refund of all or part of the rent is not possible. The tenant must take out their own travel cancellation insurance for this purpose.
