A modern, bright and pleasant apartment in a quiet residential area. Here you have an excellent starting point to take advantage of all of Halmstad's activities. Within easy reach you have the western bathing beach and Tylösand's long white sandy beach. With a local bus or bicycle, you can quickly reach the lovely summer town of Halmstad's full range of restaurants, cafes and shops. The apartment is on the second floor of a modern villa. From the entrance in the house's courtyard there is a hall with utility room and washing machine. The stairs up to the 2nd floor take you to the apartment, which has three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two each have two single beds. The bathroom has a shower. In the far part of the apartment there is a spacious room with an open, modern and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a dining area and a living room with a sofa and a modern TV. There is free wifi. From the living room you come out to a lovely covered balcony. Here you can enjoy pleasant summer evenings and on a clear day you have a view of the beach and sea. On the plot, the owner has divided a separate part for you with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. In Brottet's swimming pools, the water is heated during the summer. Halmstad really has something for everyone. The children absolutely must not miss the bus factory. Those who love nature and walking can walk on Prince Bertil's path, which stretches from Halmstad castle, along the sea, all the way to the Möllegård nature reserve, where you can enjoy Italian ice cream. For those interested in fishing, both the sea and the Nissan, which flows through the town, offer fine fishing. In Nissan, a fishing license is required. The golf city of Halmstad has a large number of golf courses in the surrounding area. Other information Bring your own bed linen and towels.
