I am of retirement age and used to work for a large chemical company in Leverkusen. During a holiday in North Holland, we felt very comfortable, and shortly thereafter, we looked for a house to buy and rent out. Here in Sint Maarten, we found one in 1999. The house is regularly used by us and therefore always modernized, e.g., inside with a fully equipped white high gloss fitted kitchen with complete amenities, etc.
