Welcome to a newly built modern cottage in the popular Höllviken (Ljunghusen), where the sea, golf courses, and wonderful sandy beaches are just a short walk away. The cottage is designed to provide you with optimal comfort during your stay. A delightful living room is the heart of the cottage, located in the middle of the house with large opening windows leading out to a spacious terrace and a fantastic garden. Here, you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of your surroundings. The cabin features a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a living room with two armchairs. The loft above the kitchen area, with two sleeping spots, offers a cozy place to retreat to read a good book or simply enjoy some time to yourself. The bathroom is also well-equipped with fine materials and high standards for your convenience. To make your stay even more comfortable, there is also a storage room where you can store golf clubs, suitcases, or other belongings during your time with us. Experience the best of Höllviken in this modern cottage and create memories for a lifetime. We look forward to welcoming you! There are three fantastic golf courses just a short drive away, Ljunghusen GK, Flommen GK, and Falsterbo GK, which was established in 1908 and is considered to be more Scottish than the Scottish courses. A fantastic course well worth a detour for the true golfer. Here you will also find Foteviken and the Viking Museum. This area was once a stronghold for the Vikings. There lies a Viking ship, where 246 bodies were found after the Battle of Foteviken. In Falsterbo and Skanör, there are many popular restaurants, cozy inns, and stalls selling fresh fish during the summer. There are also nice walking areas in Ljunghusen, several nice golf courses, mini-golf, and cycling trails. Malmö's wide range of shopping, entertainment, and shops is also just a few miles north, as is the entire southern coast of Skåne with all fishing villages up to Ystad for a wonderful holiday stay. For birdwatchers, this is also a place to fall in love with. Don't forget about Österlen and northern Skåne when you're already here.

This place was exactly what we needed for a quiet retreat. The living room was nice, and we appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. The location is peaceful but close to local attractions. Highly recommended!

Great location among tall coniferous trees. It creates an absolute feeling of being alone in the forest. The area is super quiet, no streetlights, neighbors at a sufficient distance. / The holiday home is VERY well-maintained, everything was like new, an ideal setup and a lot of comfort! You can watch the stars on the terrace. / For anyone looking for relaxation, this little house is perfect! / You are also in Malmö in about 20 minutes. Recommendations: In Höllviken there are many great restaurants where you can have a delicious dinner in the evening. Additionally, the beach is only about a 20-minute walk away. / A trip to Malmö is a must. A beautiful little city, reachable in just 20 minutes. If there is still time: a detour to Lund!
