The modern and tastefully renovated Breton stone house with spacious terrace is located in a quiet residential area of the Ile Grande district. The first, picturesque sandy cove can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Very close to the small marina St. Sauveur, where the first fishermen's houses were built. There is a particularly sunny microclimate here. "Ile Grande", in French "big island", is a small village on the Pink Granite Coast, where almost everything can be done on foot. Swimming, sailing, surfing and fishing are the most popular pastimes here. Depending on the tide, you can swim or take a lovely walk in the Wadden Sea, collect mussels, fish or catch shrimp.

Activities nearby: A coastal walkway with beautiful vantage points leads around the Ile Grande. Also an ideal location for all kinds of water sports, walking and cycling. Around the commune of Pleumeur-Bodou are 28 km of designated mountain bike trails. The planetarium in Pleumeur-Bodou is one of the largest planetariums in Europe. It offers, among other things, interactive games in the field of astronomy. In the vicinity there are many hiking trails and beautiful excursion destinations such as the seaside resort of Perros-Guirec or the medieval town of Lannion. The forum of Trégastel is ideal for water games and splashing fun in the heated seawater pool (28 degrees)
