We offer you a top-class holiday home.
Completely newly furnished, you will not lack anything. Besides 3 bedrooms, you can relax and feel comfortable in a living room over 30 sqm large with a fireplace and a big screen TV. Even in cool weather, you can make yourself comfortable in the 28 sqm fully glazed conservatory. The sliding glass doors can all be opened to the side. A modern grill is also available. There is another shower on the ground floor which is accessible.
Please do not smoke in the house - no problem on the terrace.
Up to 8 people can live in the house.
Leisure: Located in the "Dreiländereck" (Tri-border area) - Osnabrück – Münster – Tecklenburger Land - there are numerous excursion and recreational destinations. (Extensive materials are available).
4 Flyer E-Bikes are available. These are not included in the contract, but can be used free of charge. A sports room with very good equipment is available to them.
All shopping facilities can be reached by car in three - 10 minutes.
Osnabrück center - 7 km. Altlotte - 4 km. Tecklenburg - 9 km. Münster/Osnabrück Airport 21 km accessible via BAB1.

We had a very relaxing time in this holiday accommodation with a considerate landlord who was very eager to ensure we were well. We would have loved to stay longer, but unfortunately, it was not possible for personal reasons. We will definitely come back again. M&T Weirauch
